Sewaddle is a common Pokémon to find, so as long as you check the grassy plains of the above areas, you can spot a Sewaddle hidden between the grass.
How to Evolve Sewaddle in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
You can evolve Sewaddle into Swadloon, and further into Leavanny. Sewaddle will evolve into Swadloon at Level 20. After that, increase your friendship with Swadloon and level it up to get Leavanny. You can increase Swadloon’s friendship by adding it to your party and using it in battle. You can also give it items like Soothe Bell, certain berries, and XP candies to increase friendship level.
You can also find Swadloon and Leavanny in the wild if leveling them up is too much effort. Both these Pokémon can be found in Kitakami, particularly below Wistful Fields and Mossfell Confluence. Again, you have to check the grassy terrains to catch both these Pokémon and add them to your Pokedex entries.
