While trying to retrieve the parcel from Governor Hurst, the Governor will in turn ask you for a favor. He will tell you about his stolen ship, and that if you get it back, he will hand over the parcel. This is where you can make a couple of choices when you find the Governor’s ship
- Destroy the Ship – Destroying the ship will kill all the pirates inside, and also you will lose some incriminating evidence against the Governor. You can report back to Hurst and he will hand over the package without extra rewards
- Get onboard the ship – You can try to dock your ship and get inside after threatening to attack them. They will call you onboard to negotiate and will present you with some evidence against Hurst. You can then explore the ship and find more clues on the dead woman. You have another option of killing all the pirates onboard too. Whichever option you pick, you can now use the evidence to get two further choices.
- Blackmail Governor Hurst – You can use the evidence you got and ask for a bribe. He will oblige and you can get credit along with the parcel
- Snitch on Governor Hurst – Another option is to remove Hurst as the Governor and present the evidence to CDR Vincent Woodard instead. For this, you have to pick any of the options to lie to him, then make your way to Woodard after picking up the parcel. The rest of the quest will play out as usual and you can return the package to Peter with some extra credits in your pocket.
As for the ship, you can either destroy it after collecting all the evidence, or let the Crimson Fleet have it. There is no way of owning the ship yourself, so your choice here won’t matter.
