Genshin Impact 4.0 has been out for a while now and players are slowly but surely discovering some crafty hidden achievements. There’s an enemy in Fontaine with 3 million HP- that’s more than any individual world boss or even weekly boss- and this enemy is merely a special elite. You only get to defeat it once because it’s part of an overworld challenge.
The enemy is called Vivianne of the Lake though you only get the name from its achievement after you defeat the enemy. In this guide, we’ll tell you the location of the elite and give you some tips on fighting it.
The 3 Million HP Elite in Genshin Impact 4.0 Fontaine
The boss is located at the marked pin on the map given above. Teleport to the northmost waypoint just directly north of the Statue of Seven in the Court of Fontaine. Then go to the location of the pin.
It’s an overworld challenge so you can prepare your team and strategy before you begin. We recommend using food buffs if you’re under-levelled or have weak builds. Attack and CRIT dishes alongwith Elemental DMG and Hydro RES potions are recommended. As for teams- use your best Vaporise, Aggravate, Spread or Hyperbloom team for the easiest clear.
The enemy is an evolved elite Tainted Hydro Phantasm. Bring along a strong shielder like Zhongli or Diona. You’ll need a healer too because its attacks deal as much damage as you would expect a 3 million HP boss to dish out. You’ll especially have to watch out for its ground-rupturing Hydro bomb which can easily one-shot your characters.
Lure the boss to lower grounds to stop the enemy from moving around too much and also limit its ranged attacks. After that it’s a simple matter of dodging, refreshing your shield and dealing as much damage as you possibly can. You will get a Precious Chest for your troubles and the Vivianne of the Lake hidden achievement.
