- Players will be given the choice when they defeat Cazador and rescue Astarion.
- After saving him from getting consumed by this would-be vampire lord, Astarion will give players 2 choices (not directly)
- Help Astarion Finish the Ritual
- Stop Astarion From Finishing the Ritual
- If players decided to Help Astarion with the ritual, this will be the worse decision as he will become the super vampire. Not only that, the ritual requires all the spawns to be sacrificed in the area as well. This is truly the worse ending for Astarion and the players.
- If players decided to stop Astarion from finishing the ritual, they would need to persuade him and make him realise that he is making a mistake.
