After following the main quest line and talking to Sanhua to unlock the Levitator, you have to unblock a thorn-filled barricade a little distance away. When you reach the location, you will also find an explosive charge nearby. To use the Levitator, press the button that brings up the Utility Wheel. You will find the new Levitator option here. Select it, then look around for an explosive charge
It should look like a glowing orb on a branch. Pick up the charge, then aim at the thorny barricade. Toss the charge at the barricade and watch it explode. You can now utilize this skill to pick up and throw a variety of items at your disposal. With this, you can complete this objective and move on to the next one
