There is a puzzle for you to solve as you make your way to Frosting Harbor. There is a Beacon Terminal that is hard to miss, and if you make your way to the very top you will find a decryption puzzle. To solve the puzzle, all you have to do is join the same colored circles by connecting a line between them. Below is the puzzle solution.
After hacking the Beacon Terminal, you can start the objective to look afar at the break of dawn. Listen to the relay information to find the clue. To solve it, change the in-game time to 6:00 AM. Next, hop down the Beacon Terminal and walk to the ledge of the cliff. Stare off into the distance, then turn around and investigate the grassy plains for the hidden treasure.
You can again climb up the tower and look down at the ground to find the treasure quicker. There is a glowing ray of light on one part of the grass. Investigate it to get your treasure and complete this objective. The exact location is marked on the map above
