If you haven’t unlocked the Misfortune on a Workday quest, make your way to Gubei Pass and visit the Ministry of Development camp here. It is somewhere uphill so you have to climb up the area. Within one of the structures you will spot the Ministry of Development Engineer. Speak to the Engineer to start the quest and help guide him to the location he requests you of. You have to tackle all the enemies along the way so you can successfully escort him out of there.
Once you reach a safe location, drop him off to get the next quest. That is to investigate the treasure cave. Head back to the camp area or travel northwest from Central Pains resonance beacon. You have to check the ground around the area marked on the map above to locate a pit leading underground. Once you jump down this pit, you will find the locked gate. Just go up to the gate and activate it to unlock the treasure area and complete the objective
