You can find Windworn Gully as you make your way north from Checkpoint Rest Town. After taking the northern exit from the settlement, you will find a dirt path that leads west and goes further northwest. The path will start leading downhill a while later, and will slightly curve to the northeast. You will know you are reaching the right place when you spot a broken stone bridge ahead. Try to climb up one side of the stone bridge and try to hop your way across to the landing. Having the Levitate skill from the Mage Vocation can help you out here.

Once you reach land, turn around and hop across the landing that leads to the side of the mountain wall. You have to start going uphill now by climbing on top of the boulders all around the mountain’s edges. Once you reach the top, look around for a cave entrance and get inside to unlock Windworn Gully
