Thankfully, Zaytun Peaches can be found all across Sumeru, and are quite commonly found near water bodies. One popular place you can farm these peaches is in Molding Cavern near Mawitiyima Forest. Visit any of the water bodies here to find them near the water bank. Some other popular places you can explore are Apam Woods, Gandharva Village, and Devantaka Mountain. You can also try your luck in the Palace of Alcazarzaray, but you might not stumble across many of them. If you check anywhere near the western area of The Chasm in Sumeru, you can come across Zaytun Peaches.
If you wish to take an easy way out, you can visit merchant Hamawi in Sumeru City to purchase it for 240 Mora. You can also grow them in the Jade fields by using Zaytun Peach Seeds. It takes almost 3 days for the Zaytun Peach plant to grow back in the wild, and once you pluck one, you have to consume it within 3 days before it goes stale.
