One feature that players would be familiar with is Premier mode, but the gameplay experience in CS2 Premier Mode is not the same. Apart from the usual ranking during a match, you can now join the global ranks while playing Premier Mode. It also features a new queuing system that follows the MR12 format. This means that you can join 12 rounds per half, with max 24 rounds per match. It will be increased to 30 in case of a tie. You can also ban maps and pick sides, which requires a lot of strategy and planning. There are seven maps available in Premier Mode. You and the opposing team have to ban all but one map to play on. This requires planning and execution from your team. Below are all the maps available in Premier Mode

  • Ancient
  • Anubis
  • Inferno
  • Mirage
  • Nuke
  • Overpass
  • Vertigo

To make it to the leaderboard, you need to play several matches till you join the ranks. The ranking system is public for Premier Mode, so you can check how well you fare against other teams and players.
