The cartel is new enemies released in Season 3, and finding their hideout is not too hard. To locate the cartel in Al Mazrah, head over to Hafid Port on the west side of the map. Once you are here, you will automatically complete the first objective. Next, you need to find and kill 5 cartel soldiers to complete the second part of the objective.
The cartel enemies look a bit different than your usual enemies, so finding them won’t be too hard. Plus, you can spot a couple of them around Hafid Port. Just walk around and check in and out of the containers and warehouses to spot 5 of them and shoot them dead. After that, you can pick up the final objective and complete the mission
