You can get several different forms after you defeat certain bosses in the game. To get the Bat Form, you need to find and defeat V Rising Nightmarshal Styx. You can find this boss in the Cursed Forest area of the map. Nightmarshal Styx is a Level 76 boss, so you should come extra prepared to tackle him. Once you do, you can unlock the Bat Form that will let you fly across the map.
The bat form can only be used at night and it won’t protect you from daylight. Also, it has a longer transformation period, so you should attempt the transformation only when you are in the clear. The only drawback to using bat form is that you have to empty your inventory to use it. Besides that, you can quickly get from place to place and infiltrate enemy bases undetected.
