Those Who Remain is one of the main story quests in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred and continues after the events of Seed of Hatred. In this quest, you will search for survivors inside the Temple of Life and uncover important information hidden within its archives. Along the way, you will meet new allies, collect the Archive Keys, and gain access to a sealed archive door that holds the path forward. Those Who Remain Quest
Those Who Remain is one of the main story quests in Diablo 4. The starting point of this quest is the Temple of Life located in the Skovos area. This mission does not require you to find it separately since it automatically starts as soon as you finish the last quest, Seed of Hatred.
After defeating the Writhing Hatred, interact with the Bloody Summoning Circle that appears in the room. Once you do, speak with Tharra and choose the dialogue option, “You still don’t believe us?” to move the quest forward.
Once the dialogue between Lorath and Tharra is completed, head to the location indicated by the quest marker. After some steps, you will find a collapsed building where you need to duck to move further. At the left side of the map, you will see a door barricaded with some objects. Knock on the door, and the people behind it will recognise you and open the door.
Collecting Archives Key
Upon entering the chamber, you will see a collection of survivors seeking refuge within it. Once you’re done, speak with Archivist Linos and then with Lorath. Once your conversation ends, go with Linos to the temple courtyard of life.
In the courtyard, investigate the Curator’s Corpse to collect the Archive Keys. Now that you have the keys in your possession, go to the archive entrance situated on the north-west side of the courtyard.
The moment you open the archive entrance, you will complete the quest Those Who Remain. As your reward, you will earn 117,600 XP and 3,550 Gold. Immediately after unlocking the archive entrance, another main story quest, A Blade’s Weight.
