The Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center initially starts out in ruins, but you can repair it while you journey through the Pokopia DLC. To open this crucial facility, you need to meet some storyline requirements, get some supplies, and assign the right Pokémons. Here’s everything you need to know to get the Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center fixed up.
How to Unlock the Pokémon Center Rebuild Quest

Set out toward Bubbly Basin where you will meet Popplio in the middle of the town. Your immediate task will be to get the region Environment Level 3; however, first look for the nearby Pokémon Center and visit.
Look for the tunnel marked with the familiar Pokémon Center symbol. Make your way toward it to discover the ruined Pokémon Center. Despite being broken, the PC machine inside the building still works. Finding this place unlocks the Important Request “Rebuild the Pokémon Center.”
Pokémon Center Rebuild Requirements

Once the request is available, purchase the Pokémon Center rebuilding kit from the PC for 1,000 Life Coins. To complete the project, you’ll need:
- 25 Star-spotted Rock
- 5 Shiny Pearl
- 10 Seashell
- 10 Sea Glass Fragments
You’ll also have to assign eight Pokémon, including ones with the following specialties:
- Build
- Bulldoze
- Scrub
After supplying the required materials and Pokémon, construction will finish the next day.
What to Do Next

The completion of Pokémon Center may not close the chapter of Bubbly Basin’s history. When the center has been rebuilt and the request “Build the Beautiful Building” has been done, the Professor will reward you with a ring and give you access to the task “Raise the Environment Level.”
Your target will be reaching Environment Level 5. The fastest way to do it will be by bringing more Pokémon to the Bubbly Basin, because if the amount of organisms in the region grows, the Environment level will grow as well.
