To find the vaults, make your way to Sterile Lands first. If you don’t have this region unlocked, make sure you have reached this point via the main story missions. Completing other missions will help you unlock new regions in the game. In Sterile Land, make your way towards the Classified Area in the top right corner of the map. The encrypted vaults that you need to locate can spawn randomly around this area, so you need to travel around and scavenge for the standing robots and decrypt them
To find the encrypted vault robots, check along the north and northwestern section of the Classified Area. They usually spawn around this section of the map. You have to make your way to the lower sections of the building to find a standing robot. Once you find the robot, interact with it to start the decryption puzzle. The puzzle is pretty simple, just place the pointer at the designated area. That way, you can decrypt the encrypted vault. Repeat this step 2 more times to complete the objective
