You need to collect various modules and convert them into Kuiper Shards by taking it to Silion, Albion’s Module Master. The best ways to collect modules is by defeating enemies and void bosses. Completing the main story mission will help you with enemy encounters, hence helping you farm modules faster. Another way to collect modules is to participate in certain missions where you can encounter several enemy spawns. 

You can participate in the Large Nuclear Reactor or the Anticipated Ambush Point missions in Sterile Land to collect modules. Also, the Shipment Base in the White Knight area is another great farming spot. To kill enemies efficiently and quickly, just use Bunny and run around the arena quickly. This will generate her electric AoE, zapping waves of enemies as they come. You can then take the modules to Silion and dismantle them for Kuiper Shards
