Unlike previous Lost Sectors, you have to locate The Blooming Deep as part of the Pale Heart of the Traveler questline. To locate the Blooming Deep, you need to first load into The Blooming in the Pale Heart. Once you are here, make your way towards the giant tree in the center of the area. Start climbing up this tree by using its roots for support. You can also work your way up by holding on to the platforms on the side of the mountain. Keep going up till you reach a spot on the mountain that is covered with moss.
Use the roots latched to the side of the mountain to hoist yourself further up. While going up, you will spot a small cave entrance that leads inside a tunnel. Go through this tunnel and you will soon reach the entrance to The Blooming Deep
