To find the Talisman of all Crucibles, you need to make your way to Ancient Ruins, Grand Stairway Site of Grace. You would reach this location if you are on a hunt for the Divine Beast Dancing Lion. From the site of grace, head over to the elevator in the southwest section and go down. Once you reach the bottom, look southwest and you will spot two floating platforms. Take the path on the left and head east to northeast. On your left you will soon find an open hole in the wall. Go through it and you will find the chest containing the Talisman of all Crucibles
Equipping the Talisman of all Crucibles will give you the effects of all crucible talismans such as Crucible Scale, Crucible Knot, Fine Crucible Feather, and Crucible Feather Talismans. The only drawback to this talisman is that it increases damage taken to your character by 45%. This can be mitigated if you equip damage nullifying gear like the Pearldrake Talisman +3 and the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
