System Shock Remake takes you aboard the Citadel which is now overrun by mutants and cyborgs. How to Power Up Beta Quadrant in System Shock
To find the Science Access Keycard, you have to head over to the Beta Quadrant through the Central Hub on the Research Floor. The card can be found in the Admin Security area. But before you can go there, you need to first restore power to the Beta Quadrant via the Alpha Quadrant first. When you reach the Alpha Quadrant doorway from the central hub, go to the first door on the right side. Once inside, you will spot four levers on the central panel, and you will need to flip one of the levers. Flip the lever pointing downwards to an upward position, it will soon turn green and will now supply power to the Beta Quadrant.
How to Access the Admin Security in System Shock
Now you can gain access to the Admin Security area by heading into the Beta Quadrant and entering the last door on the right side. After you are in, turn left and again left to enter Admin Security. You will spot the Science Access Keycard either on the console in front of you or on the enemy you killed inside the room. If you keep exploring the area, you will soon reach the Library ahead, which will lead you to the Cyberspace room that contains the security override code needed to access the next area.
