How to get Isotope X-22 in System Shock
- Get the Science Access Keycard to enter the Gamma Quadrant. The Quadrant is located on the southmost section of the map that requires the access keycard
- You should also make sure that you have collected the door access code from the library after you get the Science Access Keycard
- Once you enter, you will notice a door on the right side with the biohazard symbol.
- The area inside is filled with radioactive material, so you should stock up on Detox Universal Antidote.
- Head to the right to find a briefcase surrounded by a barrier. There is a button at the end of the room that you can press to deactivate it
- Collect the isotope then head over to the elevator and make your way to the Reactor level
How to Use Isotope X-22 in System Shock
- Make your way to the Radiation Shield Control chamber in the southwest part of the Reactor floor
- Enter it and interact with the console on the left side
- You will get the slot to place the Isotope X-22 inside and activate the radiation shield.
