You can’t go back to Coruscant till you have completed the main story quest in Jedha Pilgrim’s Sanctuary. During the quest, you will get a task to look for the Compass in Koboh. This will lead you to the Galactic Map, where you can take a look at all the unlocked planets. You will also be notified that Coruscant is now open for travel, and you can select it if you want to head back.
For now, it is not necessary to immediately head back to Coruscant. It is best to progress through the main story and acquire more equipment and skills.
