To get Cantina DJ, you need to complete the side quest, The Musician and their Droid. You can get this quest after completing the main story mission, Forest Array. After that, go to Pyloon’s Saloon and talk to Monk, the robot bartender. This will start the side quest. Check your map and head over to the marked location and talk to Ashe Javi and DD-CE. The nearest fast travel point is Rambler’s Reach, and from there you can go to Harvest Ridge to find the duo. Talk to them and convince them to go to Pyloon’s Saloon, and they will agree.
The next time you go to the Saloon, you can interact with them and play your tunes. You can collect more tunes as you explore more of the world. You can even purchase them from Doma’s shop using Priority Shards.
