You can reach the Koboh Control Center after completing the Leave the Forest Array objective during the Koboh Part 1 – Check on the Mantis mission. After crossing the yellow bridge, you will find an opening on the side of the mountain.

Enter it, then go all the way till you find the Alignment Control Center Meditation Point. There are a bunch of computers on your left side, but you can ignore them for now. Keep going straight and enter the next chamber. Here, you need to battle waves of Purge Troopers and Security Droids.

Once you have cleared the floor, the secret door will unlock which will lead to the Array System. Go into the room and interact with the control panel that will appear to stop the arrays from spinning. Now, all that is left is to activate it.

Force-pull the arrays to break them open, then a bridge will appear that you can use to go across. Head inside the station and then interacts with the control panel on the side, facing the window. The station will take you up, then interact with the panel again to activate the arrays.
