While exploring the Antiquarian Forest, you can unlock several Points of Interests after clearing the Fae Tower. After that, use your map to find the Bastille of Insight. Once you reach the location, check the walls on the ground floor to find rune symbols. You need to get close to it and examine each one to activate it. There are three rune symbols on the ground floor. Two of them are easy to spot on the walls while exploring the structure, but the third one is inside a room. You will spot an entrance near the staircase, enter it to find the third rune. Next, take the stairs and go up. Before jumping across the gap turn to your left to find the fourth rune symbol. Then, jump across and go up the ramp on your right to find the fifth rune

For the sixth rune, hop across the scaffolding ahead and take the stairs up. Keep going up through the second flight of stairs to find it on the wall. Break open the floor that you are standing on to land on a glowing platform. The seventh rune will be on the wall behind you. Examine it to unlock the Hope Echo and complete the puzzle
