To unlock this quest, you need to speak to Kingpin John Scurlock in Saint Anne after you get the Rat in the Ranks quest. After the cutscene, you will receive a map with Agent’s Clues on it. Below are all the objectives you need to clear for the Cutthroat Secrets contract
- Visit Sunken Goldmine – If you follow the clues on the map, you will be led to the Sunken Goldmine in the Ziwa Kubwa region, Coast of Africa. You can find this place east of Harufu on the western section of the map. The exact location is marked on the map above
- Locate the Agent’s Stash – to find the stash, take the path that leads uphill after you land at Sunken Goldmine. You will soon spot the Pirate’s bonfire and a pirate camp. Keep going uphill for a bit more after crossing the bonfire. There will be a rock ahead with a weird white symbol on it and an orange beam of light in front of it. Dig the ground here to get the Agent’s Stash
- Locate and Defeat the Traitor – Before you go out to find the traitor, you need to prepare your ship for battle. Once you are ready, you can check out the Dying Message to locate the traitor. Defeat the traitor and bring down their ship
- Return to John Scurlock – Visit John Scurlock in Saint Anne to report your findings and complete the quest
