The best way to get Sinister Fangs is to find and defeat Gram enemies. Grams are usually located around Battahl region, sometimes within caves or out in the open. A few places that you can check are Rocky Lair, the path leading to Wyrmsblood Forest, and Sal’Battahl Cavern. Other places to look for Grams is inside Canyon Cave. You can also find a Gram if you travel east or slightly southeast from Tomb of Ja’Nuwa or east from Canyon Cave. Follow the path to find one in the open
Once you do get Sinister Fang, quickly head over to Ibrahim’s Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town and make a couple of copies by forging it. You can also get a pawn with the Forager speciality to help you track down other Grams across the regions
