Your questgiver throughout the game is Captain Brant, and you have to complete all the main quests till you reach the Feast of Deception quest. In it, you have to attend the coronation of the false Arisen, which you have to accept to advance further into the game. But you do get a warning if you plan on accepting the invitation, and that is that any quest that you have left out for later will be locked. Quests that have a chance of continuing post the coronation like the Readvent of Calamity and the Ornate Box will be discontinued. You might also miss out on getting the Mystic Spearhand class and romance Ulrika if you choose not to complete the Readvent of Calamity quest.
Once you are certain you are done with every quest and side quest, attend the coronation with Captain Brant and continue on with the Feast of Deception quest
