In the Sengoku Dynasty, copper is one of the essential resources you’ll need to gather early in your journey to build and thrive in the game. As the first metal you’ll encounter, copper plays a vital role in crafting tools, weapons, and even arrows for hunting or combat. Here’s everything you need to know about obtaining copper in the Sengoku Dynasty and continue your journey.
How To Get Copper
When you start your new life in the Sengoku Dynasty, you’ll begin in the Sosogi Region, right next to the Enjiro Rebels Region. These two places are your go-to spots for finding copper. Just keep an eye out for small, green, metal-looking rocks on the ground. Those are your copper nodes.
You’ll usually find copper nodes further inland, as the areas near the water are mostly filled with stone. Once you spot a copper node, just swing your pickaxe at it a few times. At first, you’ll only get a small amount of copper from each hit. But as you upgrade your skills, you’ll be able to get more copper with each swing.
As you build your village, you can construct a Mining Post. This building lets you assign one of your villagers to be a miner. If your village is located in the Sosogi or Enjiro Rebels Region, your miner can gather copper daily. The amount of copper they collect will depend on the quality of the pickaxe you give them. Copper is the first metal you’ll encounter in the Sengoku Dynasty, and it’s crucial for building your village and crafting tools and weapons. Copper tools are a great starting point as they’re affordable to make and last a decent amount of time. You can even use copper to create arrows for hunting or smaller battles.
