Before you begin, you need to find 60 Rainbow Conches around the various regions. Along the way, you also need to find the Fleshmancer’s lieutenant boss and defeat him to get the Hook of Time. You will get the Hook of Time in the ruins of Moorlands after fighting the boss. Once you have the hook, make your way to an island located south of Wraith Island. There is a strange fishing hole here. Get close to it and you will see three question marks appear. Use the Hook of Time here and start fishing. This will pull up a ruin, and in turn you will gain passage to a dungeon.
Head inside the dungeon and solve the puzzles inside. To enter the final room and meet the final boss, you need to get the key from the fish swimming around. Getting the key is easy, as you need to jump in to the water and grab the key. Use the key to unlock the door and enter the final room. You will now face the Golden Pelican’s head chef. Defeat him to get the invitation. Now you can go back to the Golden Pelican and hand over the invitation to Gaspar.
