Like most Ash of War, you need to locate the scarab that will drop this item. To find Rolling Sparks, make your way to Shadow Keep Main Gate. You can get here by traveling north to northeast from Highroad Cross. Once you reach Shadow Keep, hop onto the elevator and head down. Exit the building and make your way south to southeast. Keep an eye on the sky while you are near the enemy encampment.
You have to watch out for a scarab floating around in the sky. Once you find it, use any ranged weapon to bring it down. Kill it to obtain the Rolling Sparks ash of war. This ash of war will grant the user the ability to scatter perfumed powder in front of the caster, triggering explosions. The stronger the ability of the perfume, the more damage it will cause
