The item that you need to find is the Mu Construct, which is hidden away in one of the many levels. To find the Mu Construct, make your way to Desolate Forest. Sometimes it can appear in other maps as well, but the earliest to find it is while exploring the Desolate Forest map. Once you reach the forest, stick to the edges of the area’s left and right side. You need to look around for two statues that are glued to the walls. They will look very odd and out of place, so you won’t have a hard time trying to distinguish them. Once you find the statues, all you have to do is walk through the walls and get the Mu Construct.

To activate the Mu Construct’s passive, you need to enable the Teleporter for the current level. Once active, you can heal your survivors by 2.5% of their max HP every 5 seconds.
