The Artifact of Enigma can be found in Sunken Tomb. This is one of the two possible maps in level 3, with the other being Ancient Valley. Once you get to the Sunken Tomb, you have to check whether you have the Artifact variant or the one where Acrid can be found. You can find the Artifact in the lower right corner while Acrid can be found on the upper platforms.
If you manage to find the Artifact in the lower right corner of the map, the main problem you will face is getting there. The area is blocked off by walls, but these walls are hollow, making it easy to travel through them. Find a vine hanging downwards that leads to the pit below. Don’t worry about jumping down to the depths, as you will find that you can bounce right up. Bounce upwards and walk through the wall to the right side. Bounce again and wedge yourself through the narrow path and crawl to the right. Drop down and grab the Artifact of Enigma. To teleport back, just jump down into the pit on your left side to reach the main area.
