To locate the Rex Tremendae score, you have to make your way to Initium Iani. You will reach this location as part of the quest called The Last Day of Remuria, while trying to free Scylla. Once you reach Initium Iani, head further north. You will spot a teleport waypoint here, and right beside it is an entrance into the cavern. Keep swimming through the cavern till you spot an opening above. Get out of the cavern and you will reach Portus Anticus. Once you are on land, follow the dirt path till you reach a forked section of the road. Take the leftmost path and keep going till you spot a Praetorian Golem. Defeat it and you will notice the device holding the Rex Tremendae. Interact with it to get the score and add it to your collection.
