To get the church key, you need to make your way past the quarry beyond the church. You can find the quarry as you make your way past the church and towards the lake area. Along the way, you will find a Merchant’s dock, where you can stock up on supplies. You will also notice a boat that needs to be refueled.
To find fuel for the boat, explore the Fish Farm to get it. You will find it somewhere on the west side of the area. Head back to the boat and fight Del Lago. After its defeat, you will reach the boat house, and you will find the mural on the south side. The mural contains the church key, but to activate it you need the Apostate’s Head and Blasphemer’s Head. You can check out this guide to get both heads.
Come back to the mural and place both heads, one on each arm, and receive the church insignia. You can now head back to the church and unlock its door, but not before running into El Gigante.
