The Apocalypse difficulty will be unlocked after beating the campaign once on Nightmare difficulty. After that, play through the game on the newly unlocked Apocalypse difficulty. Once you do that, visit Barbus’s store in Ward 13 to find the World’s Edge. It will cost 750 scraps to get it, so ensure you have sufficient scraps in your inventory.
