To get corrupted lumenite crystals, you have to find and defeat corrupted or aberrant enemies. These enemies spawn randomly across maps, and you can identify them as glitches. They also have a red hue around them, which makes them stand out. But a few enemies drop more Corrupted Lumenite Crystals than the others. 

The Ripsaw mini-boss in front of the Asylum in Morrow Parish, Losomn, is one boss with a guaranteed drop of this item. Another mini boss you can hunt is the Executioner in Fae Castle’s gilded statue room. This mini boss can be found after you break the room painting and follow the passage. And finally, the Bastion mini boss in the Fractured Ingress area of the Labyrinth also drops corrupted lumenite crystals. 

There are several other enemies scattered across the world, and they are usually encountered in secret areas. You can keep rerolling to these points and defeat the mini bosses over and over again to farm Corrupted Lumenite Crystals.
