To find the hidden floor, you need to make your way to the Citadel Elevator. You will encounter it via The Depths or the Haven in Lower City. There is an elongated elevator that will take you back and forth between Upper City and the Depths, and will also halt at The Haven. But between the areas in Lower City is a secret passage on the right side. Before you can go here, you need to purchase the Lost Key. To find the Lost Key, make your way to The Depths via the elevator. Exit to the left side and go through the passage to find Scrapper’s hideout. Get the key from him for three Xerexes.
After that, hop on to the elevator and make your way to Lower City. Hop off to the right side to find a lever. Pull the lever, then jump back on the elevator and go down. The elevator will automatically halt at the secret passage. Get off and go through it to unlock the Hidden Floor trophy.
