Before you begin, you need to complete the main quest called Return to the Past. This is the 7th quest in the game, and also you will encounter Vahram, the 6th main boss. You need to defeat Vahram to unlock the Fabric of Time power, which helps you grapple distant objects and either propel yourself or draw the object towards you. Once you have this power unlocked, make your way to Soma Tree and keep heading east to find the Hidden Village. Once you reach it, use the Fabric of Time power to propel yourself to the top of the cliff. This area is called the Lighthouse, and you can purchase the map for the area once you reach the top

After purchasing the map, jump off the cliff towards the right. Keep falling till you land on the mast of the Ghost Ship. Once you land, you will automatically unlock the Spectre of the Seas trophy/achievement
