You need to get a Galarian Meowth first and evolve it to get Perrserker. You can get this Pokémon when completing the tasks for your language teacher at school, Mr. Salvatore. You can find him all around the school, especially while attending classes, checking out the Staff Rooms and biology lab, and also at the school’s courtyard. You should first participate in his classes and take the exams, and as you progress through the game you will unlock special friendship tasks for the teachers. Salvatore will also have a set of 4 tasks for you to do, and once you complete them, you can unlock the Galarian Meowth.

Once you get the Galarian Meowth, you have to level it up to level 28 to evolve it to Perrserker. You can level up Galarian Meowth by feeding it XP candies, using it in battle, and using the Auto-Battle feature in Let’s Go.
