Disabling the security bars will help bypass the grilled gates surrounding the artwork. You can find two deactivating devices on each floor, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. You have to look around and find a black box on the wall and interact with it to activate it. Next, you need to find four markers on the floor that will spawn at random. If you are trying to disable the downstairs security bars, then you will find the four markers on the ground floor. While doing the upstairs security bars, you have to find four markers upstairs. 

If working with a group, you and your friends can each find and sit inside the markers to quickly fill it up and move onto the next objective. If playing solo, then you have to find each one individually and complete the objective. Once it is done, you can now steal the artwork if you know which exhibition halls to go to.
