There is a particular email about finding the flash drive inside a secret safe, but that’s all the information you are going to get. To find the safe in Payday 3, take a look at the big clock inside the office. If you investigate the wall underneath the clock, you can break it down since it is a false wall. Hidden behind the wall is the safe that you need to crack and get the flash drive.

To crack the safe, you have to play the lockpicking minigame and get it to open. Interact with the safe to start the game

First, take a look at the arrow that is colored white, which is pointed either to the left or the right.
You have to turn the dial towards the highlighted direction
Rotate the dial till it starts to vibrate, then rotate it slowly till it eventually turns green.
You will also hear a click sound if done correctly.
After that, note the other white arrow appear and move the lock in that direction
Repeat the process three times to unlock the safe and retrieve the flash drive
