Find Evidence against the Manager
Before you begin, you need to crack the basement code by checking out our guide Payday 3 Basement Code Location in Dirty Ice. After that, find the stairs on the exterior of the store that will take you down to the basement. Input the codes then make your way to the end of the area while keeping to your left. Jump across the wooden barricade and lockpick the door on your left. Inside, you will find a safe you can crack and a power box for the display case alarms. Disable the alarms and hack the safe to find some incriminating evidence. Take photos of the evidence for later use.
Blackmail the Manager
You can now enter the VIP room through the employee’s area to make it to the workshop. But you will need the help of the manager for it. To find the manager’s office, make your way out of the basement the same way you came in. Head up the stairs to go to the back rooms where the employees are. Turn left at the end of the corridor. You will find two large double doors on your right and the manager’s office on your left.
Enter the manager’s office first and scan the phone, then make your way to the double doors to unlock the VIP area. Tie up any hostages inside the VIP area and make your way to the workshop door. You will now get the objective to use the manager’s landline to call her. When she comes over, hold her hostage and take her to the workshop inside the VIP area to scan her biometrics. Once inside, you can now use the scanner to convert all marked goods into unmarked jewelry to sell for a higher price.
