Shifting bases across the terrains do come with some risks. You need to destroy your existing base, gather all the base materials, and shift them to the new location. Then, you need to rebuild all the structures from scratch. The only thing saved from this process are your Pals, as they will be sent directly to the Palbox for easy shifting. To destroy your base, open up the Build menu and press C/Right Stick to enter DisassemblyMode. Select the base that needs to be destroyed to start the process.
Once it is done, you can shift the Palbox to your desired location and also gather and ship all your materials. Place the Palbox and start building your base from scratch in your desired location. If you find the process of rebuilding your base too tedious, you can always build a new Palbox to start a new base. To do this, first gather 1 Paldium Fragment, 8 Wood, and 3 Stone. Then, head over to the build menu and select the Palbox, then place it where needed.
