There are two Alpha Pals you need to find and defeat to get the Heat and Cold Resistant Pal Metal Armor Schematics. You need to locate Alpha Paladius and Alpha Necromus in Palworld and defeat them to get the schematic drops, and luckily they can be spotted together in the northern desert section of the map.. Alpha Paladius can drop the cold resistant Pal armor schematic, while Alpha Necromus can drop the heat resistant Pal armor schematic. Both these bosses are at level 50, so you can unlock these schematics only during late game.
Alpha Necromus is a Dark type Pal, while Alpha Paladius is a Neutral type Pal. You should bring Dragon type Pals to beat Necromus, and Dark type Pals to defeat Paladius. Since they are level 50 bosses, you need to unlock higher level weapons like the Rocket Launcher and Assault Rifle. Ultra and Legendary Spheres are the only spheres that will help contain these Alpha Bosses.
How to Craft Legendary Heat and Cold Resistant Metal Armor in Palworld
Alpha Bosses do respawn frequently after a 1 hour real time gap. If you don’t unlock the schematic the first time, you can always return once the cooldown timer is up and fight them again.
