The only way for now that you can get Frostallion Noct is by breeding. To get Frostallion Noct, you need to first capture a Frostallion and a Helzephyr of opposite genders.
Frostallion Location in Palworld
Frostallion can be captured as an Alpha Pal while exploring the icy snow biome on the northwestern section of the map. The exact location of the Frostallion Alpha is at coordinates -355, 506. This is a level 50 Alpha Pal, so being level 45 and above is recommended. It will also help you get weapons like the assault rifle or rocket launcher for the fight. Frostallion is an Ice type Pal, so Fire Type Pals can help defeat it. You need Legendary Spheres to capture the Frostallion
Helzephyr Location in Palworld
Next, you need the Dark type Helzephyr. This is a nocturnal Pal, so you need to hunt it at night. To find Helzephyr, you can find them in abundance all across Hypocrite Hill at coordinates 75, -.254. They are usually found as level 25 and above, so you can bring Dragon type Pals that are levels above and some good weapons like crossbows and rifles. Take the opposite gendered Helzephyr and Frostallion to your Breeding Pen and place the egg inside the Egg Incubator. To increase your chances of getting an egg, feed your breeding Pals some cake. Once the egg is ready to hatch, you can collect Frostallion Noct and add them to your party or base.
