There are four fixed spawn points where you can locate the Black Marketeer in Palworld. Below are all the locations you can check to interact with the Black Marketeer.
Abandoned Mineshaft Black Marketeer Location
The Black Marketeer in the Abandoned Mineshaft is the earliest black market vendor you will spot. You have to explore below the Desecrated Church waypoint for a cave entrance into the mineshaft. It is conveniently located southwest of the church, just drop down from the cliff and check the surrounding areas for the entrance. All you need to do is enter the mineshaft and go to the back of it to find the Black Marketeer
Dessicated Mineshaft Black Marketeer Location
Make your way to the northern section of the map, past the Dessicated Desert. You will soon come across the PIDF Tower waypoint. From there, head west towards coordinates 496, 340. Before you venture out here, it is best to get heat resistance and cold resistance armor, as the temperatures can drop or rise throughout the day and night
Duneshelter Black Marketeer Location
The Duneshelter vendor can be spotted to the right of the abandoned city. Once you reach the city entrance, make a right turn and keep going towards coordinates 345, 364. The wares that he sells here are extremely rare to find and will also cost you a fortune. Only go to him if you have tons of cash to spare
Mount Obsidian Black Marketeer Location
This marketeer offers the most unique and rarest Pals, and also will cost you the most. To find him, make your way to the Beach of Everlasting Summer waypoint and head west. As you reach the end of Seabreeze Archipelago, you will find the vendor waiting here. You can also reach him if you head towards the southern beach of Mount Obsidian
East Island Cliffs Black Marketeer Location
You have to keep heading west till you reach the central area of East Island Cliffs. Its a long walk from the Eastern Wild Island waypoint, but you can spot the vendor inside a cave here
Random Black Marketeer Location
In this location you may or may not encounter the Black Marketeer. Sometimes they will spawn at random and have some low level Pals for trade. You can find them in the open here, northwest of Fort Ruins waypoint
