To get the Polar Jelly deviant, you need to participate in the Cargo Scramble PvP event. You can check your map for when it happens. There will be a moving truck icon on the map. Make your way over to the truck in the game and intercept it by shooting at it. Other players will also gather, so make sure you are well prepared with the best gear and weapons. The Polar Jelly deviant will appear randomly to whoever becomes the host of the event, so you might have to play the game several times and get picked to get this deviant
Now, the gist of the game is to wait for the seed of life to pick a host. The host will hold on to the Polar Jellyfish and they have to kill other players to feed the jellyfish. If the host is down, the seed of life will pick another host, and the cycle continues. Downed players can revive themselves to continue with the event, and they have to protect themselves to win the game.
