In case you haven’t figured out the puzzle location, you have to make your way to the Junkyard at 3583, -7066. Make your way to the Rift Anchor, then look to the east. You will find a brick warehouse beside the rift anchor with numbers written on top. Head past entrance number 17 where there are some agents playing rock-paper-scissors. Defeat them, then make your way to the gear crate nearby. You will see a highlighted revolver on top. Interact with it to be transported to the Carnival of Doom

To solve the puzzle, don’t talk to Chuckles just yet. Rather, look at the table beside him and you will notice a black cable leading away from the play area. Follow the cable till you reach a glass window. If you peer through it to the other side, you will find a clown there. You need to find a way to kill the clown on the other side. Talk to Chuckles and choose the option to leave and get some fresh air. You need to talk to him a few times to get these answers.

Once you are done, a door will be unlocked. Enter through this door to reach the other side of the glass. Kill the clown, then interact with the device the clown was tampering with. You can now talk to Chuckles to start the game. Choose the option of you pulling the trigger, then you can kill Chuckles
