To unlock the SGA Fashion Tips quest, there are a bunch of different requirements you need to meet. It is uncertain how to trigger the quest, but some players recommend beating all the bosses at Sunset Park. Some of them went even further to beat the bosses in The Point and at the weekly Streetball Challenge. Besides that, and while this is optional, you can try and complete 20 MyCareer games or 11 NBA/Pro-Am games. It would also help to complete 33 Park games as well. You can try to just play in MyCareer and wait for the notification to pop up, or follow the above tips to get the quest started.
Once you do get the SGA Fashion Tips quest notification, you have to find SGA in The City. You can find him in the western section. Make your way over there till you can spot a stone archway and a court beyond it. Find an NPC with the name Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on the other side of the court. Now all that is left is to talk to him and complete the quest. For your effort, you will get a brand new Blue Flannel Shirt and Light Blue Paisley Jeans, and also unlock the next side quest.
