There are a handful of ways you can obtain the V-R11 Wonder Weapon and below we have highlighted all the ways you can get it.
- Complete contracts – You can pick up contracts within the Red Zone and also within the Dark Aether Rifts. Once you complete them, you can unlock Reward Rifts, and sometimes you might run into the V-R11 this way
- Mystery Boxes – This is another great way to unlock the V-R11, but again the drop rate for this weapon depends on luck. You can check your map for any Mystery Box spawn and make your way over there. You need to spend 950 Essence to unlock one Mystery Box
- Defeat Bosses – Certain bosses like the Red Worm in Bad Signal mission have a chance to drop the V-R11. If you find them around the map, don’t spare them. It is also worth beating them to get other special rewards besides the V-R11.
Once you get the V-R11, you can shoot zombies and humans to turn them into your allies. Zombies will turn into human allies, and any player you hit with the V-R11 will turn into zombie friends. Players who have turned will also receive a slight buff, and will be ignored by any nearby zombies. Since the V-R11 cannot be crafted, the only way you can reuse the weapon is to exfil with it without dying mid way
